A joint acceptance team composed of the Engineering Technology Department and Quality Inspection Center of China Railway Group conducted a comprehensive inspection on the equipment performance, production precision and compliance of the processing center. Finally, it was confirmed that all indicators meet the special standards for railway tracks, and the official acceptance report was issued, marking the processing center's entry into the mass production stage.

During the acceptance process, the China Railway acceptance team carried out multi-dimensional inspection in accordance with the Acceptance Specifications for the Manufacture of Railway Track Components. In the document verification link, the acceptance team compared the railway track wooden mold design drawings, equipment technical parameters and pre-production inspection reports one by one, confirming that all documents meet the safety and technical requirements of railway projects. In the on-site inspection stage, the acceptance personnel used professional equipment such as laser detectors and high-precision calipers to conduct random inspection on core indicators including the joint surface and dimensional tolerance of railway track wooden molds. The measured error was only 0.08mm, which is far better than the industry acceptance standard of 0.1mm.
"The precision of railway track wooden molds is directly related to the stability and safety of railway laying, and there must be no deviation whatsoever," said the person in charge of the China Railway acceptance team. Through continuous investigation on the operation stability of equipment, the standardization of process flow and the consistency of finished products in the processing center, it is confirmed that the center has the ability of large-scale production of railway-grade track wooden molds, which fully reflects the technical strength and quality control level of the manufacturer.
